Former state prosecutor with extensive experience handling criminal and traffic-related cases. As a prosecutor and private attorney, I have handled hundreds of DUI/Breathalyzer Refusal cases, domestic violence cases, and drug cases among others. My prior experience as a state prosecutor is not available to most criminal defense attorneys, and I use that experience to give my clients a formidable edge if they have been charged with a crime. Additionally, I employ my courtroom and negotiation experience to fight for my clients' rights in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. It is never advisable to negotiate with insurance companies alone. Prior to becoming a state prosecutor, I practiced estate planning law at a private law firm primarily in the areas of wills and trusts formation.
