About

Michael has been a long time resident of the Lower Bucks County area. After high school, he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While there, he not only held an executive position with his Kappa Sigma fraternity, but also maintained exceptional academic standing during his undergraduate studies. Michael attended New England School of Law in Boston, where he completed his law degree in only two and a half years, making him one of the youngest lawyers admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania. During his time at NESL, Michael served as Editor-in-Chief of the student publication, “Due Process”, a campus publication of student and faculty articles, satire and reflections on the enactment of new legislation. Michael had final responsibility for the operations and policies of its campus wide distribution as well as authoring his own pieces for the magazine. He maintains this passion today with a strong web presence, sharing legal articles and news on a daily basis with friends and colleagues via numerous channels of social media. As a law student, Michael successfully completed a challenging and rewarding internship with the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety Division of Criminal Justice Appellate Bureau. During this time, he helped draft appeals in the cases of State of New Jersey v. Andrew Gordon and State of New Jersey v. John Peters; the decisions for which were both affirmed. Michael was also initiated as a member of the International Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, the oldest professional fraternity still in existence. More judges, governors, American Bar Association presidents, Association of American Law School presidents and law school Deans have come from the ranks of Phi Delta Phi than from any other legal fraternity. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, Michael established his own law practice, and is the founder of The Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, P.C. As one of the rising stars in the Greater Philadelphia Area, Michael has developed a large client base across various areas of law based upon his expertise and character. Membership into this organization is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young trial lawyer. As a licensed title agent and real estate broker, Michael possesses a wealth of experience in the area of real estate law. Because of this background, Michael’s clients are assured that he can provide a broad spectrum of real estate needs and advice whether it’s assessing the value of marital property for a divorce or drafting a deed.
