About
I graduated from The University of Akron School of Law in 1995. I passed the July 1995 bar exam with the highest score on the MBE. After law school, I spent fifteen months as a Stark County Public Defender beginning in January 1996. In April of 1997 I became a Younstown City Assistant Law Director and Prosecutor. Then from January of 2000 to October of 2001 I was a Mahoning County Prosecutor doing major felony trials. Since 2001 I have been employed primarily as a personal injury lawyer. I am now a Partner at the prestigious law firm of Kisling, Nestico and Redick. I have tried to verdict almost 100 jury trials I am AV Rated by Martindale Hubbel, the highest possible rating given to lawyers and have verdicts and settlements in excess of 1 million dollars. I am a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and often speak at NBI seminars.
