Michael now uses his knowledge and experience to help individuals achieve the best result from the insurance companies. Michael has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of those harmed by others, including a single trial verdict and recovery over $1.6 Million. He has successfully defended his verdicts on appeal. Michael has represented the families of those killed by another's negligence and obtained large confidential settlements. He is experienced in mediation and arbitration, as well, and he routinely advises clients on the benefits and risks of litigation.
