When Michael joined Olsen, Skoubye & Nielson, LLC in 2015, he brought with him fifteen years of experience representing clients in litigation. His areas of emphasis include: Prior to joining the firm, Michael, who was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2000, worked as a law clerk / bailiff in the Utah’s Fourth Judicial District, and handled cases for nearly nine years for the litigation firm of Nelson Chipman. From 2011 to 2015, Michael practiced law at Stucki & Rencher. He has briefed matters before the Utah Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court, and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
