Michael practices in the litigation of trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes. While a student at the University of San Diego School of Law, Michael served as Vice President of USD’s International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. Michael also devoted his time to courtroom litigation as a Legal Intern for the County of San Diego Office of the Public Defender. After completing the California Bar Examination, Michael earned three convictions in three trials as a Graduate Law Clerk at the San Diego Office of the City Attorney. Michael is a member of the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association; the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar; and the Probate Attorneys of San Diego.
