I represent injured accident victims and tenants who is living in substandard housing who need help making their landlord repair defective housing conditions. I believe everybody deserves to live in decent and safe housing. I also believe that everyone who has been injured by the negligence of another should be rightfully compensated. I have many years of experience in law. I started my career as a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco. Thereafter, I was in a partnership known as Holland, Sims and Cohen for 10 years, then I was an associate attorney with the Law Office of Arnold Laub from 1990 through 1993. I opened the Law Offices of Michael C. Cohen from October 1993 through the present date. We provide a wide array of legal services over the years, including personal injury, employment discrimination, housing discrimination, landlord tenant, family law, workers compensation and criminal defense. For the past five years, We have limited our practice to personal injury and landlord tenant. Our emphasis at this time is providing legal assistance to tenants who are living in substandard housing and personal injury cases.
