Mr. Johnson’s practice focuses on complex business, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. For example, in recent years, he has represented clients in multi-million dollar disputes before the U.S District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Southern District of New York. In addition, Mr. Johnson handles a variety of transactional matters, including various entertainment and corporate transactions, as well as copyright and trademark applications and licensing. Mr. Johnson’s transactional clients include record companies, artists, national non-profits, and local businesses. Prior to law school, Mr. Johnson worked at Creative Artists Agency. Prior to joining Kay Griffin, Mr. Johnson worked as an associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP.
