I am a native of Augusta with family roots in Columbia County. I graduated from Lakeside High School in 1999 and in 2003 received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Augusta State University. In 2007, I received a Juris Doctor from Barry University in Orlando and returned back to her hometown of Augusta, Georgia to practice law. I began working at the Richmond County Solicitor’s Office in 2007 and remained there for five years. While at the Solicitor’s Office, I prosecuted misdemeanors such as DUIs and drug offenses. In 2013, I began working at the District Attorney’s Office for the Augusta Judicial Circuit. Shortly after being hired I became a team leader assigned to Judge J. David Roper’s Courtroom. I tried various crimes to jury verdict, such as Murder, Child Molestation, and Armed Robbery. Iinsisted on fairness for all parties during these trials and will do the same for you. I joined Durham Law Firm, P.C., in July of 2015 as an associate and experienced trial attorney. In July of 2017, I became a partner at Durham Law Firm, P.C. I focus on Plaintiff’s Civil Litigation, including automotive wrecks, trucking litigation, and medical malpractice, as well as Criminal Defense. I reside in Evans, Georgia with my husband, Michael and daughter, Katherine.
