Megan works proactively with employers and higher education institutions to help them comply with employment and higher education laws and proactively prevent legal claims. Megan provides advice on higher education law compliance and on all types of employment matters, including employment agreements, noncompete agreements, separation agreements, discrimination, retaliation, leaves of absence, wage and hour, discipline and termination, workplace violence, privacy, defamation, and mergers and acquisition.
