Megan Kight is one of the three founding partners of Broyles Kight & Ricafort PC. Megan graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1997 and has focused her practice exclusively in the area of immigration since 2002. She assists foreign nationals with varied immigration issues, including identifying the appropriate nonimmigrant visa for foreign nationals to enter the United States; helping families reunite in the United States; assisting with the adjustment of status process through both employment and family; obtaining waivers of the foreign residence requirement; providing counsel and defense to those in removal proceedings and foreign nationals who have been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement; assisting those seeking asylum in the United States; seeking permanent residence for those with extraordinary ability in the arts, athletics, or science; obtaining waivers of bars to admissibility and grounds of excludability; and advising permanent residents about the benefits of seeking citizenship and overcoming barriers to becoming a naturalized citizen. Megan has assisted countless businesses and individuals achieve their immigration objectives, and helped numerous individuals navigate removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
