I am a corporate and real estate attorney with a broad range of transactional experience. My experience covers a wide array of corporate, business, financial and commercial real estate transactions. I assist clients primarily with the drafting and interpretation of contracts; the purchase and sale of businesses; the purchase, sale and leasing of real property; the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial lending transactions; the formation and representation of nonprofit organizations; and the formation and structuring of business entities. My clients include businesses, start-ups, individual business owners, investors, nonprofit organizations and other entrepreneurs. In addition, I have experience with franchise agreements and a wide variety of matters in the hospitality and entertainment industry, including the drafting, negotiating and review of agreements relating to hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and country clubs. In addition to my practice areas, through my colleagues, I am able to offer my clients a wide range of services in the areas of litigation, construction, employment and employee benefits, insurance coverage, intellectual property, energy/utilities, immigration, international law, creditors' rights & bankruptcy, sustainable development, tax, and estate planning/wealth management.
