Attorney Max C. Lubin, a resident of Northeastern Pennsylvania, grew up in Luzerne County. Max attended Wyoming Seminary up until the 10th grade and then continued his education at Lake-Lehman High School. He played soccer and basketball throughout most of his middle-school and high-school education. Max stayed in NEPA for college, attending the University of Scranton, where he held an officer position in the Pre-Law Society and graduated summa cum laude. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science, he went on to attend Brooklyn Law School where he was selected to join the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Max was admitted to practice law by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on August 30, 2019. Max’s first job out of law school was with the Luzerne County Public Defender’s Office. Recently, Max and long-time friend, Paul J. Walker, started a law practice. Max and Paul’s practice’s mission is to provide an individualized experience, for all clients. During Max’s practice he has focused largely on criminal defense. Max has litigated preliminary hearings; pretrial/ final pretrial conferences; suppression hearings; petitions for writ of habeas corpus, rule 600 hearings; bench trials; and jury trial. Max has been successful in his Jury trials, obtaining acquittals for his clients. Additionally, Max has successfully litigated petitions for writ of habeas corpus and has had charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing for his clients. Currently, Max lives in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania with his wife Kaitlyn and two children: Solomon and Levi.
