About
I have been practicing law since 2002 and presently am a member of the firm of Christian and Davis, LLC. I handle personal injury cases, emphasizing nursing home neglect and medical negligence cases. I also handle other complex litigation cases including, tractor trailor wrecks, products liability, business litigation, and insurance disputes. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to successfully handle appeals before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. More recently I was involved in a case where we successfully defeated a nursing home's Petition for Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. The appeal arose out of the denial of the nursing home's motion to dismiss and compel arbitration at the trial court. I am admitted to the South Carolina Bar, the United States District Court of South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
