Matthew S. Ballard is a seasoned attorney based in Annapolis, MD, specializing in estate planning and probate law. Originally hailing from South Carolina, Matthew embarked on a journey that led him to make a significant impact in the legal field after earning his degree and working with the Kmart Kids Race Against Drugs Program.
