About
I am a Montana native born and raised in the Helena area. I enjoy what the Montana outdoors has to offer and have raised my 5 children here too. Hard work and perseverance have blessed my family and I. My legal background includes work in family law and as a public defender in my early years before being elected County Attorney in 2003. Part of my duties in Jefferson County included working as the public administrator where I worked on probate cases. I also joined the Montana Army National Guard and served as a JAG until December 2013 retiring as a Captain. I gained experience in drafting wills, counseling soldiers with legal questions, and defending soldiers that required military boards. Upon re-starting my private practice in 2015, I represent clients in Criminal Defense, Family Law, Family Services cases and Estates/Probates and Wills.
