About

Originally from New Jersey, I have been working with immigrants since 2010 as a volunteer with AYUDA, Inc. in Washington, DC. I am passionate about my work, and truly enjoy each individual that I have the pleasure to serve. I specialize in matters where criminal law and immigration law intersect, and have secured wins in difficult cases for detained and nondetained individuals, including complex legal eligibility arguments. I am well-versed in all matters of immigration, including family-, employment-, and investment-based matters, removal defense, naturalization (including for individuals with a criminal history), as well as waivers and consular matters. I have presented with the American Immigration Lawyers Association on matters pertaining to removal defense. When I am not working on behalf of my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our children Joanna and Joshua, and our dog Clara. I am also a professional vocalist on staff with St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dilworth, Charlotte, NC, and spend time contributing to our community and congregation.
