I am an experienced attorney and litigator. I have been engaged in the practice of law since 1985, and have extensive experience in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. I am admitted to the Ohio Bar, various United States District Courts, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. My clients are engaged in a variety of industries and include manufactures, distributors, construction companies (generals and subcontractors) and commercial property owners. My client base understands that I personally care about protecting their interests. I strive to help clients achieve the best possible solutions, and always keep an eye on the clients all important “bottom line”. I handle a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. My areas of concentration including litigation, contract disputes, business torts, commercial real estate issues, business and partner issues (including break-up and wind down), fiduciary claims, corporate director & officer liability/defense, lien issues, employment related claims, insurance coverage issues, and intellectual property protection and trade secret litigation.
