On the litigation front, Mark specializes in oil and gas lease cancellations and royalty deductions, working primarily with royalty owners to release minerals constrained by non-productive wells. He collaborates with his colleague Chaille to audit royalty owner payments, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and pursues recovery of any unjustified royalty deductions. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Mark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 before enlisting in the United States Army. He served with distinction, earning a Bronze Star Medal and a Combat Action Badge during a deployment to Iraq. After completing law school at Baylor University, he joined Graft & Walraven in 2012, where he practices alongside his wife, Chaille, and their three sons. In his free time, Mark enjoys volunteering at Life Church in Edmond, scuba diving, and engaging in outdoor activities with his family.
