Mark B. Heffner, Esq. is the founding attorney of Heffner & Associates, an esteemed elder law firm established in 1992 in Warwick, Rhode Island. With a dedicated focus on serving the needs of older Rhode Islanders and their families, the firm specializes in Medicaid planning and qualification, estate planning, and probate proceedings, including guardianships and decedent estates.
