About
Marc John Daniel Ellis is a dedicated attorney based in Huntington Beach, California, with over 13 years of experience in personal injury, employment law, and real estate. His legal journey was profoundly influenced by a personal tragedy on April 19, 2006, when he lost his sister, Connie, in a tragic auto accident. This life-altering event ignited Marc’s passion for advocating for those affected by preventable accidents and injustices in the workplace. He is committed to honoring her memory by providing compassionate legal support to individuals and families in need. Marc's legal career began with a successful self-representation in an unemployment dispute, where he fought against a former employer's denial of benefits following a layoff. This experience sparked his interest in the law and led him to pursue a legal education at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, after earning his undergraduate degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2003 and founded the Ellis Law Firm, where he has since focused on empowering clients to seek justice and fair compensation for their suffering. At Ellis Law Firm, Marc combines his extensive knowledge of various legal disciplines—ranging from criminal law to family law—with a deep commitment to client service. He understands the complexities of personal injury claims and employment rights, and he approaches each case with diligence and strategic insight. Outside the office, Marc enjoys family life with his wife, Maribel, who is also an attorney, and their three children. Despite being a long-suffering fan of the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, he finds solace in supporting the Yankees. Marc Ellis is not just a lawyer; he is a passionate advocate for those whose voices need to be heard.
