Marc was born in Toronto, Canada. In 1988, he began his undergraduate work at Montana State University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. In college, his extra-curricular activities included 4-year membership of the Varsity tennis team, in which the last 2 years he acted as team captain. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1995 from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. In 1995, Marc focused his area of practice in criminal law. He practiced with Maricopa County for three years prior to joining Goldberg & Osborne in 1998. From 1998 to 2002, Marc worked in Goldberg & Osborne’s Litigation Department. In early 2002, he took over as Managing Attorney at the Metro Center office where he currently practices. He has participated in various charities throughout the years including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers, Icemen That Care and the Courthouse Experience. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, golf and spending time with his family.
