L. Daniel Mims is the founder of L. Daniel Mims, P.C., located in Mobile, Alabama. With a diverse legal practice encompassing personal injury, litigation, divorce and separation, and criminal defense, Mr. Mims is dedicated to providing comprehensive representation to a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and corporations. Mr. Mims earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and was awarded first place in the prestigious James O. Haley Federal Court Competition. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Troy State University, where he focused on American History, Political Science, and Business Administration, while also serving as Clerk for the Student Government Association. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Mims holds several significant roles within the legal community. He currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for Bayou La Batre, Alabama, and is the Prosecutor for the City of Citronelle. He also acts as the Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Satsuma and serves as City Attorney for the City of Creola. Beyond his legal work, Mr. Mims is committed to community service as the Director of the Parkway Senior Citizens Foundation, reflecting his dedication to improving the lives of those in his community.
