Lisa received her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland. She began practicing law with the firm in 1983. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenberg County Bar, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. The primary focus of Lisa's practice is business and construction litigation. She also advises a variety of small business on corporate law, employment and contract matters. Lisa also handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases, often in conjunction with Eddie and Frances Knox. Lisa has resided in Charlotte since 1982. She and her husband, John, are the parents of four children - Kristi, Ben, Mimi and Rachel.
