About
My passion is representing employees in employment disputes. Whether you were discriminated against by your employer, not given proper pay, or retaliated against, I aim to help as best I can. The legal system is inherently biased toward employers. Employees do have statutory rights in Oregon and Washington and are protected from various employment behaviors. I love to help people navigate these issues. Navigating a potential resolution may be to help someone assert their rights for reasonable accommodations, to file a lawsuit, or to negotiate a severance with an employer. Regardless of the issue, I hope to help. Consultations up to 30 minutes are free. Please call, text, or email to set up a consultation. About me: I am a New Orleans native and moved to Portland in 2013 to pursue my dream of becoming an attorney. I graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2016. I work as an attorney at my firm, Stallings Advocacy, LLC, in the St. Johns area of Portland. I am licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington. I spend most of my free time with my husband and our family of several pets. I love crafting, reading, and volunteering for animal welfare organiztations.
