Ten years ago, I would have never imagined my journey would lead me to become a personal injury attorney, yet here I am, passionately advocating for those in need. My name is Lindsay Lien Rinholen, and I am proud to serve clients in Minneapolis, MN, as part of OFT Food Safety & Injury Lawyers. My commitment to the field stems from a deep-rooted desire to empower individuals navigating a complex legal landscape that often favors the affluent. My legal career began in a public defender’s office, where I witnessed firsthand the critical importance of representation. It became clear to me that for many clients, the most valuable service I could provide was simply listening and understanding their struggles. This experience ignited my passion for personal injury law, where I now focus on helping clients who have suffered due to accidents or defective products. Navigating the legal system can feel overwhelming, especially after an injury. I understand the fears and uncertainties my clients face, particularly those from rural backgrounds where legal resources are scarce. My goal is to be a guiding light during these challenging times, alleviating the burden and providing clarity in what can be the most difficult moments of their lives. At OFT Law, I have had the privilege of representing a diverse array of personal injury cases. Each case brings its own challenges, and I thrive on the problem-solving aspect of this work—unraveling the intricacies of injury claims and fiercely advocating for the rights of my clients. My educational background, with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. cum laude from the University of St. Thomas Law School, enhances my ability to connect with clients on a personal level. A highlight of my career was successfully arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where we won a pivotal case for a wrongfully incarcerated client. This victory not only reaffirmed my dedication to justice but also reinforced my belief in the transformative power of legal advocacy.
