Lindsay M. Harris is an accomplished attorney at Maring Williams Law in Bismarck, North Dakota, specializing in personal injury and wrongful death law. A Bismarck native, she graduated magna cum laude from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a minor in Mathematics. Lindsay continued her education at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she distinguished herself as co-captain of the trial team, Symposium Editor of the North Dakota Law Review, and a teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy. Her exceptional oral advocacy skills earned her a place in the prestigious Order of Barristers, and she graduated cum laude in 2012. After earning her law degree, Lindsay returned to Bismarck to serve as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice in both North Dakota and Montana, where she dedicates her career to advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury cases. In addition to her legal practice, Lindsay actively contributes to the legal community as President of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the State Bar Association and Secretary of the North Dakota Association for Justice.
