Re-opening my solo practice after many years working for a large firm and the family court allows me the flexibility to offer the highest quality family law services in an affordable, attentive and caring manner. I am adept at reducing conflict and finding creative and cost-effective solutions, but am a tenacious litigator when necessary. As a divorced single parent of two minor children for the past decade, I have an unusual combination of personal experience and legal expertise that helps support and guide my clients in dealing with difficult custody and support issues. I am also a business-savvy lawyer skilled at solving the most sophisticated financial and business related issues that can arise in family law cases or in prenuptial/postnuptial agreement drafting. My clients also appreciate that my paralegal Karen and I work within their budgets by offering a wide variety of legal service models, including consultation-only services (for self-represented parties), limited scope representation (for single issues or hearings), or full representation (for an entire legal matter), as well as services as a mediator and collaborative lawyer.
