I am an immigrant from Kiev, Ukraine and grew up on the streets of Lesnoy Masiv. I immigrated to NYC and have firsthand knowledge to the issues faced by immigrants. I graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in 2004 and from Hofstra University School of Law with a Concentration in Civil Litigation in 2008. I am admitted to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, U.S. District & Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Columbia, and United States Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit. I am a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, The Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Law Fraternity of Phi Alpha Delta. I am also immigration “of counsel” to the prominent New York City cybercrime lawyers of The Litvak Law Firm. I have a passion for helping immigrants and am available to handle both family immigration and business immigration matters.
