About

Lee W. Davis is a seasoned personal injury attorney based in Pittsburgh, PA, with over 25 years of experience in the legal field. A graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1988, he furthered his education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1996. Lee began his career as a paralegal, focusing on serious injuries related to asbestos, including Mesothelioma, Asbestos-Related Lung Cancer, and Asbestosis. His work on pioneering Mass Consolidated Asbestos Cases involved meticulous analysis of evidentiary databases, which played a crucial role in proving exposure to asbestos for clients in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan. After law school, he managed over 3,200 consolidated asbestos cases in Saginaw, Michigan, where he successfully defended more than 400 depositions against numerous asbestos companies. Upon returning to Pittsburgh in 1999, Lee became a key player in one of the largest pioneering asbestos practices in the region, handling litigation in various Western Pennsylvania courts. In 2013, driven by a commitment to provide personalized attention to clients suffering from serious injuries and illnesses, he established the Law Offices of Lee W. Davis, Esquire, L.L.C. Recognized for his expertise, Lee was featured in a LexisNexis® case study in 2009, highlighting his contributions to the legal community. His dedication to advocating for victims of devastating injuries continues to define his professional journey.
