Lee Scott Brenner is a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP, and serves as the chair of the Media and Entertainment practice group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. With a wealth of experience in litigating complex civil matters, Mr. Brenner represents a diverse clientele, including individuals, television networks, production companies, corporations, and partnerships, in a range of business, media, entertainment, employment, and commercial disputes. His extensive litigation experience encompasses both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration tribunals. Mr. Brenner is particularly adept at handling consumer fraud class actions, including those related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). He has developed a specialized focus on defending businesses and individuals against defamation by anonymous commentators online. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Brenner advises companies on compliance with California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65) and defends them in related litigation claims.
