Lawrence Hershon's practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation and business disputes. He works with clients on disputes involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices, financial products, intellectual property, and general business disputes. He also works with clients on business transactions, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contract matters. Prior to his attendance to law school, Mr. Hershon worked for the United States Senate Budget Committee. While in business school, he interned for the front office of the Washington Nationals Baseball Club. While at the University of South Carolina, Mr. Hershon was the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review.
