Lauren Parris Watts' practice focuses on representing and advising individual clients and small to medium sized business clients in employment and commercial litigation. At all stages, Lauren strives to identify practical solutions to meet the clients’ needs and understands that legal advice must always give consideration to the client’s greater personal and business objectives. Lauren graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and then returned to pursue her law degree at the Seattle University School of Law near her Pacific Northwest home. Before working at Helsell Fetterman, Lauren had practical corporate and business experience serving in the legal department and as a legislative intern in U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell’s office in Washington, D.C. She also served as a Rule 9 intern with the Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic, where she represented clients charged as offenders in Juvenile Court as well as low-income clients with their estate planning matters.
