About
Laurel E. Dein received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law in 2008, and graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University in 2005, where she completed a double major in History and Organizational Communication. Prior to her employment at Trainor Fairbrook, Laurel was employed at Weintraub Tobin and The Burton Law Firm, where her practice included drafting complex trusts, trust and probate litigation and business planning. Lastly, Laurel externed at both the Solano County and Yolo County District Attorney’s Offices, where she gained copious trial experience. Currently residing in Arden Park with her husband, Court, their dog Tess, and troublesome cat, Sunny, Laurel is a Sacramento native, having attended Loretto High School and Sacramento Country Day School. In her spare time, Laurel is an avid equestrienne and has competed in horseback riding events across the west coast. She spends most weekends at her barn located in Wilton and is the proud owner of fiveTrakehner horses. Laurel is a member of the Sacramento Women Lawyers Association, the Junior League of Sacramento, and enjoys volunteering at Shriner’s Children’s Hospital whenever she gets a chance.
