Laura I. Baldwin received her law degree with a certificate in family law from DePaul University College of Law, where she also served as Associate Citation Editor on the Journal for Social Justice. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Laura focused her law school career on family law, participating in DePaul College of Law's Family Law Clinic and externing for the Honorable Judge Panter in the Circuit Court of Cook County. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, Laura was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, which is a distinction earned by fewer than 2.5% of attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois. In 2017, Laura was named an Emerging Lawyer by Leadings Lawyers, a distinction recognizing top lawyers and earned by fewer than 2% of lawyers licensed in Illinois.
