I am a "Fellow" in the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, am rated "5" out of "5" or "preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell in peer review and client review. I am a three-time Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Civil Rights Committee, was selected to help write the OFCCP Regulations to the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act of 1990, and help write the Seventh Circuit Jury Instructions on employment law. I am also the co-author of Age Disrimination Litigation, a book now in its 14th printing by James Publishing.
