Kyle Cramer is a founding member of Copper Canyon Law LLC, where he specializes in employment law, tax law, and bankruptcy matters. With a keen focus on resolving federal and state tax debts, Kyle adeptly handles a range of issues, including offers in compromise, payment arrangements, penalty abatements, audit assistance, and the discharge of tax debt through bankruptcy. He also possesses extensive experience as a tax preparer, having expertly prepared thousands of tax returns. His expertise encompasses income and payroll taxes, as well as gift, estate, sales (TPT), and unemployment tax matters. Kyle graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business Administration. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and the Federal District Court of Arizona, allowing him to represent taxpayers in all 50 states before the Internal Revenue Service and assist bankruptcy clients throughout Arizona. Before co-founding Copper Canyon Law LLC, Kyle worked at a boutique law firm specializing in tax resolution and bankruptcy services, where he served as both an attorney and an Enrolled Agent. Outside of his legal practice, Kyle enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife and their two children, with a third on the way.
