About
I regularly advise public and private companies on employment issues, including compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination and harassment laws, wage/hour compliance, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act, the National Labor Relations Act, unfair competition, and trade secrets laws. I drafs and review employment policies and other employment-related documents. My trial experience includes representing clients in disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, workplace health and safety, and wage and hour issues. Prior to joining the Riddell Williams, I spent a year interning for the in-house legal team at Walgreen Co. I also worked as a judicial extern for Judge Thomas S. Zilly in Federal District Court. Before applying to law school, I interned for U.S. Senators Edward Kennedy and John Kerry in their Boston offices. I worked in the Casework Division of both offices, which involved working with, and on behalf of, Massachusetts constituents to resolve issues with various federal offices and agencies.
