About

Kimberly De Arcangelis, an accomplished attorney based in Orlando, Florida, brings over 15 years of national litigation experience to her practice, focusing on Employment Law, Employment Litigation, Insurance, and Personal Injury. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor with honors, Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the same esteemed institution. Throughout her career, Kimberly has successfully represented thousands of employees in critical matters, including wage disputes, misclassification, retaliation, and discrimination, in both federal and state courts as well as arbitration settings. Notable cases include her representation of NFL Cheerleaders in the landmark case Pierre-Val, et al. v. Buccaneers Limited Partnership, LLC, and a group of Road Patrol Deputies and Corrections Officers in Ruddell et al. v. Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Her extensive experience representing both employees and employers provides her with a unique perspective that enhances her ability to advocate effectively for her clients. In addition to her legal practice, Kimberly is dedicated to giving back to her community as the Orlando Division President of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, a statewide organization that raises scholarship funds for children of injured workers.
