I work with people everyday that are dealing with difficult issues in their own personal relationships - whether that be because of abuse, financial issues or misconduct, infidelity, growing apart or significant differences in lifestyles/parenting choices. I personally believe there is a "right" way to resolve these differences. One that allows my clients to reach their goals while maintaining their dignity, regaining their power and maintaining a working relationship with the other parent, if children are involved.
