About
Kim Sherman is a founder of the firm Education, Environmental, & Estate Law Group, LLC, and holds a Masters in Education from the University of Hawai'i, a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Oregon, and a J.D. from Willamette University. Dr. Sherman specializes in resolving conflicts between parents of children with disabilities and their school districts and in creating guardianships and conservatorships for parents with offspring who are disabled. In addition, Dr. Sherman is passionate about protecting the environment through conservation easements and other strategies to protect and enhance our forests, meadows and open spaces, rivers, and air.
