From my firm bio: Mr. Casimer represents the firm’s clients in a variety of practice areas including workers’ compensation, OSHA, regulatory compliance, employment law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Casimer has also successfully co-founded and raised venture capital for his own web-based company, and is one of a select few Oregon attorneys also distinguished as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Mr. Casimer earned his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he graduated Order of the Barristers. While in law school, Mr. Casimer earned honors for both his written and oral advocacy skills, served in the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, and reached the final four of a national moot court competition in which he was tasked with defending an employer in a discrimination suit. Prior to law school, Mr. Casimer served as a Community Health and Economic Development volunteer for the U.S. Peace Corps in Lesotho, and earned a B.A. in Anthropology from Purdue University.
