Kevin Douglas Humiston is the founding attorney of Humiston Law LLC, based in Kansas City, MO, where he specializes in personal injury law. From 2009 to 2014, he held the position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Platte County, Missouri, where he successfully prosecuted numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, demonstrating his capability in both bench and jury trials. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and later obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He has been a proud member of the Missouri Bar Association since 2009 and is actively involved in the Platte County Bar Association. A resident of Northland since 2006, he resides in Parkville with his family. Beyond his legal practice, Kevin is committed to community service as a member of Rotary Club International and has previously served as president of the Rotary Club of Platte City. He is also a dedicated member of Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church.
