About
Ken Bailey joined the firm to assist in the expediting and expanding of client services. Mr. Bailey graduated law school from the University of Akron, School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor, as well as a Certificate in Litigation. Mr. Bailey received training on the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), as validated and codified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. While at Akron Law School, Mr. Bailey earned the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Pre-Trial Advocacy, as well as, membership in the Golden Key National Honor Society. Prior to arriving at the firm, Mr. Bailey spent two and a half years working full-time for BackOffice Associates as a Data Migration Consultant engaged in projects for Merck and Johnson & Johnson, both of which are Fortune 100 companies. In 2010, Mr. Bailey taught a seminar on law and technology to the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In 2007, he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University, while working full-time for an Ohio company building renewable energy power stations. Prior to that, between 2002 and 2006, he worked full-time at this law firm as a legal assistant. In 2002, Mr. Bailey campaigned for State Representative of the 58th Ohio House District, which then included all of Huron County, as well as parts of Lorain and Seneca counties. In 1999, he co-taught a seminar on law and technology to the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
