As an Associate Attorney at Hammond Law Group, Kelli specializes in employment-based immigration, and assists corporations and their employees with temporary work visas and green cards. Kelli joined Hammond Law Group in 2014 after graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law. During her tenure in law school, Kelli solidified her passion for immigration law. She volunteered her extra time at a law firm in Dayton, Ohio where she worked on both employment-based and family-based petitions. In her last semester at the University of Dayton School of Law, Kelli enrolled in the Law School’s Immigration Clinic. In that semester, Kelli worked on family-based petitions for local residents, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), naturalization, and I-485 adjustment of status petitions for refugees. Prior to law school, Kelli worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in Columbus, Ohio that specialized in immigration law. She assisted an attorney primarily with employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L, and TN visas, and green cards. She also occasionally assisted with family-based immigration petitions, including I-130 relative petitions, and I-485 Adjustment of Status.
