Kelisen is passionate about advocating for her clients and guiding people through their legal issues. She understands that each client is facing a unique challenge. She is ready to offer sound legal advice using a down-to-earth and empathetic approach. Kelisen has experience both in front of and behind the bench. Prior to founding The Binder Firm, she served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Janette R. Rodecap of the Jackson County Court. Having the privilege and responsibility of clerking for a judge provided Kelisen with a multidimensional understanding of how the judicial system works. Kelisen has dedicated her practice to Family and Criminal Law. She has represented clients in dissolutions of marriage, modification of custody and child support actions, establishment of child support actions, adoption matters, paternity actions, misdemeanor and felony charges. She is also frequently appointed by Judges as a Guardian ad Litem, someone who will advocate for the best interest of a child in court proceedings. Kelisen Molloy is a native of Missouri, born and raised in Chillicothe. Kelisen graduated from Evangel University in Springfield with a degree in Public Administration and Spanish. In 2013, Kelisen received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
