Keith D. Armstrong is a seasoned attorney based in Spanaway, Washington, with a robust background in employment law, estate planning, general practice, and personal injury. Originally from Oklahoma City, Keith pursued his higher education at Grambling State University and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He further distinguished himself by obtaining his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, where he specialized in international business law. During his time at Washburn, Keith’s passion for international relations blossomed. He served on the board of the International Center of Topeka, engaging with dignitaries from countries such as France, Japan, and South Africa. His commitment to understanding global legal frameworks was further honed through an international summer program in London, exploring administrative law amidst the backdrop of the evolving European Union. In 1994, Keith relocated to Seattle, where he began his career as a Civil Rights Investigator for the Washington State Human Rights Commission. His exemplary work led to his appointment as an Assistant Attorney General, where he skillfully represented major state agencies in over 1,000 successful superior court cases. His courtroom experience spans the Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court. Today, Keith lives and practices law in Pierce County alongside his wife and partner, Andreta. He is deeply committed to community engagement, leading legal forums, business development workshops, and initiatives aimed at supporting startups.
