About

I practice in the areas of employment litigation, employment counseling, and employee benefits. I provide advice and counsel to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment, equal opportunity laws, and benefits law. I represent both employees and employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies with complaints involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. I also, have experience with ERISA compliance and I have advised board members and plan administrators on fiduciary obligation and board governance best practices. After graduating from Indiana University in 1992 I volunteered for the Peace Corps and worked in Thailand. After returning to the United States I attended Pepperdine School of Law, graduating with my JD in 1998. I worked as an associate for California Firms before returning to Indiana in 2004. Before joining Mallor | Grodner LLP in 2013 I worked in both the private and public sector handling complex employment matters.
