About

I lead Saxton & Stump’s Regulatory and Government Affairs group by navigating clients through challenges that involve Pennsylvania's state government legislative and executive branches. In this capacity, I work closely with government and private sector contacts to provide my clients with the opportunity to access and educate decision makers about their business and interests as well as government's impact on their business. With my 25 years of experience and long-standing relationships with key decision makers, I am equipped to represent clients with legislative initiatives and clients who want to navigate federal, state and local government agencies for various business objectives; seek government funding support for projects, and those who need advice for strategic coordination and outreach to government officials. During the Corbett administration, I was a member of the governor’s senior staff and responsible as his liaison to state agencies including PennDOT, DCED, including the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), Office of Administration, Department of Revenue, Labor & Industry, and others. I was also part of the core team who worked on policy and legislation that became Act 89 to provide transportation infrastructure funding. This role also provided me the opportunity to sit on the boards for the: Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System (PSERS), Team PA and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. Additionally, I was the governor’s liaison to many bi-state authorities and commissions in southeast Pennsylvania such as the DRPA, PRPA, Joint Toll Bridge Commission and others. In these roles, I worked closely with elected officials and staff from New Jersey. My experience with the executive and legislative branches of state and local governments as well as the private sector in the Commonwealth and surrounding areas provide me with the network and knowledge necessary to help clients navigate state government operations, regulatory and administrative processes.
