About

Kathleen Asdorian, Of Counsel to Hamelburg Law, counsels clients in the areas of residential real estate, commercial law and canon law. She is the owner and managing partner of Foundation Title, Inc., which provides consulting and settlement services for residential and commercial properties. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, teaching "Land Transactions and Finance” and “Social Justice and the Law: Catholic Social Teaching.” Ms. Asdorian is a volunteer for the Archdiocesan Legal Network at Catholic Charities which provides pro bono legal services to the disadvantaged in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She also currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Synod for the Archdiocese of Washington and as a member of the National Review Board. Additionally, she is the Postulator for the Cause of Beatification and Canonization of Mary Virginia Merrick, a Bethesda resident who founded the National Christ Child Society, a charitable organization with 40 chapters across the United States.
